Xiaomi Redmi 4 to launch 16 May
The Chinese company Xiaomi is India’s second largest in selling phones today and is aspiring to maintain its leadership by launching smartphone Redmi 4.
The smartphone was announced in November last year to replace the Redmi 3 and 3S phones.
Xiaomi Redmi 4 is launching on 16th of May in India. It is a budget priced phone, the assumption is that the Redmi 4 will be under Rs. 9000. Although the low price tag, it will be one of the most expensive Redmi- line up phones. Considering the price point it will come with impressive muscle power. Xiaomi Redmi 4 will have the 8 core Snapdragon 625 processor, 3 GB RAM, Full HD display. Storage will be 32 GB inbuilt, and expandable up to 128 GB with a micro SD card.
Xiaomi Redmi 4 will have a unibody metal design with small bezels in front and a fingerprint scanner in the rear.
Redmi 4 will equip a 13-Megapixel camera in back, 5-Megapixels for selfies, 4,100mAh battery capacity and an MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operative system.
A cheaper version of the Redmi 4 will sport a Snapdragon 430 processor which will be around Rs. 7,000. It will also have 2 GB RAM and 16 GB memory.
As per the tweet by Xiaomi India’s Managing Director about the upcoming phone: “Announcing the launch of a new Redmi smartphone! #PowerInYourHand”. Although No official confirms have been received about the Name of the Phone. If you want to know more? Stay tuned with us.
